- Initially, there was a lot of questions as to whether the fishermen would allow themselves to be tracked. That they wished to keep fishing grounds secret. Quite frankly, there are typically twenty-five men who work each one of these boats, and they often change boats. So if a fishing spot is 'secret' it doesn't stay that way for long.
